Stop Before You Click! We Need to Talk.

We do not use a fully automated online booking system (why not? click here). At the same time, we know you can't always come into our office to sign the rental agreement. So we have set up a way for you to sign the agreement from home using your computer or mobile device. However, you need to talk to us first to ensure we have the size of unit you're looking for. So here's the 5-step process:

1. Contact us about the size you're looking for. We'll let you know what we have and we'll assign you a unit number and let you know what the cost is for the rest of the month. Give us a call or use our online contact form
2. Click on the appropriate unit size below, fill out the form, including your assigned unit number.
3. Take a photo or scan of your government-issued ID (normally a driver's license) and email that to us. Don't have one? Talk to us about that.
4. Send us an eTransfer for the amount owing.
5. Once we have received your rental agreement, ID and payment, we'll email you with a copy of the rental agreement, directions to the lot, and your gate access code. Then it's all yours -- you can move in immediately.
